This challenging hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Gainzorrotz. The trail spans approximately 8.057 kilometers in distance with an elevation gain of 388 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.

As you begin your journey, you'll pass by Azurmendi jatetxea, a restaurant located just 0.09 kilometers from the start where you can fuel up before the ascent. About 2.12 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a water source to refill your supplies at.

At the midway point, parking is available for those who may need to take a break or rest. Continuing on, you'll reach the summit of Gainzorrotz at 4.03 kilometers, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Be sure to snap some photos and soak in the scenery before heading back.

Although the trail is well-marked, it's always advisable to bring plenty of water and snacks, as well as to check the weather forecast before embarking on your adventure. Happy hiking!
