Welcome to the hiking route to 5º Artiglieria Alpina in the stunning alpine region. This challenging out-and-back trail covers a distance of approximately 9.8 kilometers with an elevation gain of 323 meters, making it a difficult yet rewarding journey for hikers.

As you begin your hike, you will find convenient parking facilities close to the trailhead, allowing for easy access to the starting point. Along the way, you will encounter various points of interest including the ex Rifugio Brigata Alpina Cadore alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

As you continue on the trail, you will pass by Ristorante La Casera, a restaurant where you can refuel and relax before continuing your adventure. Be sure to stop at viewpoints such as C.ra Faverghera and Col Toront to admire the breathtaking panoramic views of the alpine landscape.

For history enthusiasts, there are information points and wayside shrines scattered along the route, providing insights into the area's cultural heritage. Additionally, make sure to visit the Col Visentin peak for a unique vantage point of the surrounding mountains.

As you reach the 5º Artiglieria Alpina alpine hut, you can take in the beauty of the natural surroundings and perhaps enjoy a meal while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Finally, take a moment at the Col del Gài peak to appreciate the journey you have completed before heading back along the same trail.
