Welcome to the Isallo Extasi hiking route! This moderate 6.432-kilometer trail offers stunning views and historical landmarks along the way.

Starting at the Il Rifugio parking area, hikers will begin their journey surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape. As you make your way along the trail, you'll come across the Forte Centrale del Melogno at the beginning of the hike, a historic fort only 0.07 kilometers from the start.

Continuing on, you'll pass by the Colle del Melogno saddle, providing a great spot to rest and take in the scenery at 0.03 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, you'll encounter Forte Merizzo, a castle located 1.97 kilometers from the start, and the Bric Merizzo peak at 1.89 kilometers from the beginning.

For those looking to take a break, there are picnic sites at 0.23 and 2.86 kilometers into the hike. You can also refill your water supply at Fonte Greppia, located 2.89 kilometers from the start.

As you reach the midway point, be sure to check out the I sentieri di Bardineto information point at 2.87 kilometers and the viewpoint at 3.22 kilometers. A memorial site can also be found at 1.55 kilometers from the start.
