This hiking route follows the Stiegerangerweg trail, located in a picturesque area with stunning natural beauty. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.5 kilometers and an elevation gain of 37 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Jausenstation Stieger, a fast food establishment located 0.65 kilometers from the trailhead. This is a great spot to grab a quick bite or a refreshing drink before continuing on your adventure.

Further along the trail, at around 0.72 kilometers from the start, you will find the Stiegerteich, a beautiful water feature perfect for a peaceful break and some scenic photos.

As you continue on, the trail will lead you to several water sources located around 1.2 to 1.25 kilometers from the start, providing opportunities to rest and refill your water bottle.

At around 1.15 kilometers from the start, you will find a historic wayside shrine, offering a glimpse into the cultural and historical significance of the area.
