Welcome to the hiking route in Bertiz Jauregiko lorategia/Jardín del Parque Natural Señorío de Bertiz - Bertiz Jaurerria auzoa - Bertizarana! This route offers a peaceful and scenic journey through the natural beauty of the area.

As you start your hike, you will come across the historic building of Bertiz Matxikotena, located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along, at about 0.04 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the majestic Erreparazeko Jauregia/Palacio Reparazea, a castle steeped in history.

Continuing on, at approximately 0.75 kilometers from the start, you will find the Askaltokia / Merendero picnic site, perfect for a rest and enjoying some food amidst nature. Further along the trail, at 1.11 kilometers from the start, the Fuente del Jardín Botánico fountain provides a refreshing stop for hikers.

As you reach the 1.22 kilometers mark, a water feature of Bidasoa and the Bidasoako lamia/Lamia del Bidasoa artwork will captivate you with their beauty. Along the way, you may also come across several shelters and information points for your convenience.

This out-and-back route spans a distance of 2.449 kilometers and offers easy terrain, suitable for hikers of all levels. Make sure to bring an ample water supply, check the weather forecast before heading out, and enjoy the tranquility and natural wonders that this hike has to offer.
