This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the beautiful area around Almagmach. The trail spans a distance of 9.383 kilometers with an elevation gain of 414 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure.

As you begin your journey, you'll come across a parking area right at the start of the trail. About 4.69 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the Almagmach Alpine Hut, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Further along the trail, at the 2.01 kilometer mark, there is a drinking water source available to refill your water bottles.

Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter historic sites such as wayside crosses and information points providing insights into the area. It's advisable to bring plenty of water, as well as snacks and a camera to capture the stunning views along the way.
