This easy 3.07-kilometer circular hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Schneckenberg. The trail starts at a parking area where you can leave your car before beginning your adventure. As you make your way along the path, you will come across the Hof Höfen restaurant, a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat or take a break. Further along the trail, you will pass by a picturesque water source at the Fischteich, giving you a chance to refill your water bottle.

At the beginning of the hike, you will find the Höfener Kreuz information point, providing you with interesting facts about the area. As you continue on, you will encounter a wayside cross at a distance of 0.3 kilometers from the start, adding a touch of history to your journey. A viewpoint called Schneckenberg awaits you at the 1.44-kilometer mark, offering stunning views of the surroundings.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several picnic sites with BBQ facilities, as well as benches like the Panorama-Bank where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. Remember to bring enough water for the trip, especially on warmer days, and check the forecast before heading out.
