This hiking route takes you through the stunning area of Falso Buco del Nido, Alpe Zocana, and Lago Bianco. The trail is an out-and-back type, covering a distance of 7.197 kilometers with an elevation gain of 343 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 31 minutes to complete.
Starting at the parking area located at the beginning of the trail, you will find a drinking water station nearby to fill up your water bottle before you begin your adventure. As you start hiking, you will come across a wayside shrine, a historical site located 1.16 kilometers from the start.
Along the trail, you will encounter several natural water sources, some of which are directly on the trail and others a short distance away. These spots are perfect for refilling your water supply and enjoying a moment of peace in the midst of nature.
About midway through the hike, at a distance of 2.42 kilometers from the start, you will reach another water point that is located directly on the trail. Continuing on, you will pass by a cave entrance called Falso Buco del Nido, which is a unique feature of the area, located 3.6 kilometers from the start.
