This difficult 10.285-kilometer circular hiking route, known as the Jugendkreuz - Bonner Höhenweg, offers stunning views and varied terrain for outdoor enthusiasts. Starting at the Jugendkreuz parking area, hikers will traverse challenging elevation gain of 457 meters over a duration of approximately 3 hours and 31 minutes.

Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Thurntaler Rast restaurant, where you can refuel before embarking on your journey. As you make your way through the route, you will come across the Kleiner See, a small lake located 4.76 kilometers from the start, offering a peaceful spot for a break.

Further along the trail, at around 5.09 kilometers from the start, you will find another water point perfect for rehydrating. Additionally, there are information points scattered throughout the hike providing insights into the surrounding area.
