This hiking route to Grünbergspitze offers a challenging and rewarding experience for hikers. The trail is circular and spans a distance of approximately 14.869 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1222 meters, making it extremely difficult but suitable for experienced hikers.
Starting at the parking area, hikers will begin their journey through the picturesque landscape. About 2.82 kilometers into the hike, you will come across Fischteich, a beautiful water feature perfect for a peaceful break. Continuing on, at around 3.45 kilometers, you'll encounter another scenic water spot. As you advance, you'll reach Seeblesspitze around the 5.58 km mark and Grünbergspitze at 7.3 km, both offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.
Throughout the trail, you'll find several amenities such as benches for resting and information points to learn more about the area. Additionally, there are alpine huts like Seapnalm and Vögeler Alm around the 2.75 km and 3.56 km marks, respectively, where you can refuel and recharge.
