Welcome to the hiking route to Klammalm in the beautiful area of Schranzberg. This route is an out-and-back trail with a total distance of 9.207 kilometers and an elevation gain of 555 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.
As you start your journey, you'll come across the Schranzberg parking area, located right at the beginning of the trail. Along the way, approximately 0.3 kilometers from the start, you'll find benches where you can take a quick rest and enjoy the scenery. Remember to stay hydrated and bring enough water for the hike.
Continuing on, at around 1.78 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water station for you to refill your water bottles. Additionally, there are various information points scattered throughout the trail where you can learn more about the area and its surroundings.
Around the midway point of the hike, approximately 4.6 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Klammalm, a restaurant and alpine hut where you can take a break, grab a meal, and enjoy the panoramic views.
Further along the trail, at around 1.51 kilometers from the start, you'll find more benches to rest and soak in the natural beauty of the area. As you make your way back, take advantage of these resting spots to catch your breath and appreciate the surroundings.
