Welcome to the hiking route near the Salt Lake City Sewage Treatment Plant on Mill Creek Road. This super easy circular route covers a distance of 1.14 kilometers with no significant elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.
Starting the hike, you'll notice several water features along the way. At around 0.15 kilometers from the start, you'll find the first water point, followed by more at 0.26 kilometers, 0.26 kilometers, 0.15 kilometers, and 0.26 kilometers respectively. These spots offer a refreshing break and great photo opportunities.
As you continue on the trail, you'll encounter additional water points at various distances from the trail, including those at 0.34 kilometers, 0.48 kilometers, and 0.42 kilometers from the start. These natural water sources add to the serenity of the hike.
Near the beginning of the route, at just 0.05 kilometers from the start, you'll come across a beautiful fountain. This picturesque spot is perfect for a quick rest or a peaceful moment surrounded by nature. Another fountain can be found at 0.15 kilometers from the start.
For those driving to the trailhead, parking facilities are available at different points along the route. These parking areas, located at distances ranging from 0.0 to 0.42 kilometers from the start, provide convenient access to the hiking trail.
