Welcome to the hiking route to Musauer Alm! This challenging out-and-back trail covers a distance of 9.125 kilometers with an elevation gain of 524 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike. The route will take approximately 3 hours and 25 minutes to complete.

The trail starts at a parking area where you'll find a wayside cross nearby. As you begin your journey, you'll come across several information points along the trail providing insights into the area's history and natural features. At around 0.29 kilometers from the start, you'll find a bench to rest and take in the surroundings.

Continuing on, at 1.48 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the viewpoint of Achsel, offering breathtaking views of the landscape. Nearby, there is another bench for you to relax and enjoy the scenery. At 3.41 kilometers from the start, you'll find another bench to take a break.

As you trek further along the trail, you'll encounter Musauer Alm at 4.56 kilometers from the start. This alpine hut serves as a great rest stop where you can refuel and recharge before heading back. Additionally, there are shelters and a water source along the trail for your convenience.

Towards the end of the route, at 4.55 kilometers from the start, there is an information point providing more details about the area. Finally, you'll loop back to the starting point, completing the out-and-back journey.
