Starting at the designated trailhead, you will venture into the picturesque surroundings of the area. As you make your way through the rugged terrain, you will encounter various points of interest along the trail.

At the beginning of your hike, you will come across a parking area with no fees where you can leave your vehicle. As you continue onwards, about 1.85 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Poserhöhe restaurant and alpine hut, offering a cozy spot to rest and refuel.

Midway through your trek, at approximately 5.43 kilometers from the start, you will find the Kreuzkogel (Döferl) peak, providing a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Further along the trail, at 7.52 kilometers in, the Flugkopf peak awaits to be conquered, offering another vantage point to admire the natural beauty of the area.
