This extremely difficult 12.017-kilometer circular hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Dado del monte Rosso area. The trail begins at a convenient parking area and then leads you through various points of interest along the way.
At the beginning of the hike, you will pass by Lago del Camino, a beautiful water feature located 5.13 kilometers from the start of the trail. As you continue, you will reach Colle della Barma, a scenic saddle point situated 5.5 kilometers into the hike.
Midway through the route, you will encounter Via Oropa and Via Fontainemore, both climbing spots that offer stunning views of the surroundings. Make sure to check out the websites for more information before attempting these climbing sections.
For sustenance, Trattoria Vittino and Ristorante La Fornace are located near the trail, providing a perfect spot for a rest and a meal before continuing your journey. Additionally, there are picnic sites along the trail if you prefer to bring your own food.
