Located in the Aizkorri mountain range, this challenging 6.5-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through breathtaking landscapes and natural wonders. The trail starts at Aldaola parking lot, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on this adventure.

As you make your way along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. About halfway into the hike, at a distance of 3.1 kilometers from the start, you will find the Aizkorriko Aterpea wilderness hut, a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature. Further along the trail, at 0.5 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the San Adriango mendi-aterpea alpine hut, offering a unique experience in the heart of the mountains.

For those interested in history, the Estación megalítica de Aizkorri Megalitikoa can be found 0.54 kilometers from the start, providing a glimpse into the region's ancient past. Additionally, various informational points along the trail offer insights into the local flora, fauna, and cultural heritage.

As you continue your trek, you will pass by peaks such as Aiztontor Altuna and Tontorraundi, which offer stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Make sure to stay hydrated by refilling your water bottle at Baratzondoko iturria, located 0.5 kilometers from the start.

This hike is rated as difficult due to its 663-meter elevation gain and the length of the trail.
