This extremely difficult hiking route will take you through the stunning area of Point de Vue Morne des Roseaux - D 1. The 12.833-kilometer trail offers a challenging elevation gain of 589 meters, making it perfect for experienced hikers looking for a tough workout.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Trace des Jésuites information point, providing some historical context to the area. About 0.42 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a viewpoint that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings. Further along the trail at 0.26 kilometers, another viewpoint awaits, allowing you to take in more of the natural beauty.

After hiking approximately 2.34 kilometers, you will encounter a majestic waterfall, a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the serene atmosphere. As you continue onwards, around 5.2 kilometers into the hike, a picnic site will provide you with a great place to take a break and refuel.

Midway through your journey, at 6.41 kilometers, you will find another picnic site, offering a scenic spot to enjoy some snacks. Just a bit further at 6.42 kilometers, another viewpoint will give you a different perspective of the landscape.

Towards the end of the trail, at 4.48 kilometers, a parking area will be available for those who drove to the starting point. Remember to bring enough water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging adventure.
