This extremely difficult 11.124-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Punta di Fiutrusa in a beautiful natural setting. The trail starts at a parking area 0.35 kilometers from the beginning and passes by the ruins of Caserma Vallo Alpino about 3.58 kilometers into the hike. You will also encounter a drinking water fountain at this point, so remember to refill your water bottles.
As you continue on the trail, you will reach a viewpoint 3.0 kilometers from the start, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Midway through the hike, at 5.56 kilometers, you will arrive at the peak of Punta di Fiutrusa, where you can admire the surrounding natural beauty.
Along the way, you will also come across important landmarks such as Colle Reisassetto at 3.7 kilometers and Sacro Cuore shrine at 3.62 kilometers. There is also an information point at Bivio 2.15 kilometers into the hike, providing interesting insights about the area.
