This challenging hiking route will take you through the stunning landscapes of the area, offering beautiful views and interesting points of interest along the way.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a parking area before reaching a historic site, the ruins of Caserma Vallo Alpino, located approximately 3.67 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to learn about the region's history and take some photos.
Continuing on, you will come across a drinking water fountain named Fontana, about 0.35 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing break before tackling the elevation gain.
As you climb, you'll reach Colle Reisassetto, a scenic saddle point located around 3.62 kilometers from the start, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys.
Further along the trail, you'll encounter some interesting landmarks such as Sacro Cuore, a wayside shrine, and Sorgente, a natural spring, both situated around 3.62 kilometers from the start.
