This challenging circular hiking route will take you through the stunning Monte Crocino area. With a total distance of 8.489 kilometers and an elevation gain of 683 meters, be prepared for a three-hour and forty-minute journey.

Starting from the parking area, you will begin your adventure by passing by CCA-Tranquilla campsite, situated just 0.02 kilometers from the start. Midway through the hike, at 2.43 kilometers, you will come across Rifugio Papà Amilcare, a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the breathtaking views.

As you continue your trek, you will encounter Monte Camoscio, a peak with a wayside cross, approximately 2.36 kilometers from the start. This iconic landmark offers a perfect spot for a photo opportunity and a moment of reflection.

Further along the trail, at 3.74 kilometers, you will reach Monte Crocino, a viewpoint that provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Take some time to soak in the beauty of the area before heading back towards the starting point.
