This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route takes you to the stunning Monte Palino in a beautiful mountainous area. The trail spans 11.742 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1422 meters, making it a challenging yet rewarding journey that will take approximately 6 hours and 16 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Bivacco Sufrina wilderness hut located 4.67 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot to take a rest and enjoy the surrounding nature. Further along the trail at 2.74 kilometers, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area and its significance.

Approximately 5.87 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the peak of Monte Palino, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. This is a perfect spot to take in the beauty of the mountains and capture some amazing photos.

Throughout the hike, you will come across various amenities such as drinking water stations, parking areas, and benches for resting. It is recommended to bring an ample supply of water and snacks, as well as to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging adventure.
