This extremely difficult hiking route takes you on a 13.6-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 1337 meters to the stunning Cabane d'Orny. The trail starts at a parking area with no fees and passes by the peaceful Lac d'Orny. Along the way, you will find benches for resting and information points for learning more about the area.

As you hike, you will encounter a wayside shrine and a saddle known as Col de Champex. The trail also leads you past a campsite called Roccailles, where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks as some points of interest may be further away from the main trail.

At the turnaround point, Cabane d'Orny awaits you with its charming alpine hut and breathtaking views.
