This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Piste du Ravin de l’Ubac de l’Escale. The trail has a total distance of 5.884 kilometers with an elevation gain of 108 meters, making it a moderate difficulty level hike.
At the beginning of your hike, you will come across Col Belle Barbe, a beautiful saddle point offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. As you continue on the trail, you will find several water sources at various distances from the trail, providing opportunities to rest and rehydrate.
Midway through the hike, you will reach Col Aubert, another scenic saddle point along the trail. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the area before continuing on your journey. Further along the trail, you will encounter spring points where you can refill your water bottles and take a break.
Near the end of the trail, you will pass by memorials that offer insight into the historic significance of the area. Finally, although not directly on the trail, you may catch a glimpse of the Pic du Baladou, a prominent peak in the distance.
