As you start your hike, you will come across the Col Belle Barbe, a saddle located just 0.01 kilometers from the trail. Further along the trail, at 1.28 kilometers from the start, you will reach Col Aubert, another saddle along the route. These points provide scenic views and are great spots for a quick rest.

Around 2.7 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source, followed by another one at 2.72 kilometers. It is advisable to stay hydrated during the hike, so make sure to refill your water bottles at these points. Additionally, there are more water sources along the trail at different distances, so you can rest assured that you won't run out of water.

At the midway point of the trail, 1.78 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a spring known as Col de Belle Barbe. This is a great place to take a break, refill your water bottles, and enjoy the surrounding nature.

As you continue on the trail, you will pass by some historic landmarks, including memorials at 0.1 kilometers and 0.06 kilometers from the start. Take some time to appreciate the history and significance of these sites during your hike.

Towards the end of the trail, at 0.64 kilometers from the start, you will find Pic du Baladou, a peak that offers panoramic views of the area. This is a perfect spot to soak in the beauty of your surroundings before heading back on the return journey.
