This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Schrankkogel Ostgrat. The trail is 11.254 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 530 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 55 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you'll come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Parkplatz Brigitte, a convenient parking area for hikers. Further along, at 0.66 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter a historic wayside shrine.
Around the midway point of the hike, at 3.32 kilometers from the start, you can stop by Sulztalalm, a restaurant and alpine hut where you can take a break and refuel. As you continue on, at 5.63 kilometers from the start, you'll pass by a water source and Schwefelsee, a picturesque lake.
At 5.54 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Amberger Hütte, another alpine hut where you can rest and enjoy the surroundings. Throughout the trail, you will also come across benches for resting and information points for learning more about the area.
