This challenging hiking route takes you through the stunning landscapes of the Soum de Barroude area.
Starting at the parking lot closest to the trailhead, you'll begin your journey towards the first point of interest - Pic de l'Aiguillette, located 2.25 kilometers from the start. This peak offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Continuing along the trail, you'll reach a saddle at 2.74 kilometers, providing a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery. As you hike further, you'll encounter Pic de Port Vieux at 4.22 kilometers and Soum de Barroude at 4.74 kilometers. These peaks offer a sense of accomplishment and spectacular views of the area.
Along the way, you'll also come across a shelter at 2.77 kilometers, where you can rest and refuel before continuing your hike.
