This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes. The trail is 11.45 kilometers long and has an elevation gain of 1043 meters, making it a difficult trek that will challenge even experienced hikers.
You will start your journey at the parking area near the trailhead. The first point of interest you will encounter is Pic de l'Aiguillette, a peak located 2.25 kilometers from the start of the trail. As you continue along the path, you will come across a saddle at 2.74 kilometers, offering a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding views.
Midway through the hike, at 5.73 kilometers, you will reach Pico de Barrosa, another impressive peak that is definitely worth the effort. Further along the trail, at 4.22 kilometers, you will find Pic de Port Vieux and at 4.72 kilometers, Soum de Barroude, both offering breathtaking panoramic views of the area.
As you make your way back, you will pass by a shelter located 2.77 kilometers from the start, providing a good resting spot before completing the hike.
