Welcome to Carrughju Giubega hiking route! This super easy out-and-back trail offers stunning views and various points of interest along the way.
Starting at Les Palmiers, a bar located right at the beginning of the trail, you'll pass by Chez Tao, a nearby restaurant, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat before your hike. As you continue, you'll come across Citadelle de Calvi, a castle steeped in history, located midway through the trail.
Along the route, you'll find several benches where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Make sure to visit the viewpoint at 627 for breathtaking views of the area. You can also stop by the memorial of Christophe Colomb before heading back.
The trail is relatively short, spanning 0.69 kilometers with an elevation gain of 37 meters, making it a great option for hikers of all levels. Don't forget to bring plenty of water and check the forecast before setting out. Enjoy your hike at Carrughju Giubega!
