This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Chemin de la Carle. The 5.564-kilometer circular trail offers a moderate difficulty level, so be prepared for some elevation changes along the way.
Starting at the Parking Forêt de Bouconne, you will begin your journey on the trail. Just 0.04 kilometers from the start, you will come across a water feature, providing a serene spot to rest and take in the surroundings. As you continue, about 2.05 kilometers into the hike, you will find an information point called "Le Berdot" where you can learn more about the area.
About midway through the hike, at 1.15 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the "Voie Gand Gabarit" information point, offering insights into the local history. Further along the trail, you will come across another water feature at 1.19 kilometers from the start. Take a moment to enjoy the peaceful ambiance before continuing on your adventure.
Towards the end of the hike, you will find a designated picnic site about 1.2 kilometers from the start, providing a perfect spot to refuel and relax before heading back. As you make your way back to the starting point, be sure to stop by the wheelchair-designated parking space at the beginning of the trail to take one last look at the stunning surroundings.
