This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Strada di Bavedda. The trail is super easy with a total distance of 1.593 kilometers and an elevation gain of 71 meters, making it a great option for hikers of all levels.
As you begin your trek, you will come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike. Further along the trail, about 0.1 kilometers from the start, you'll find the cozy restaurant, Les Aiguilles de Bavella, where you can grab a bite to eat before continuing your journey.
Around 0.08 kilometers from the trailhead, you'll also find the information point. Here, you can learn more about the area and its surroundings. Nearby, there is parking available with no fees required, as well as the stunning Col de Bavella and the historic sights of Notre-Dame des Neiges and a wayside cross.
As you venture onwards, approximately 0.8 kilometers from the start, you'll reach a peak that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Be sure to take a moment to enjoy the scenery before heading back.
Throughout the hike, there are various viewpoints along the trail where you can pause and admire the beauty of the Strada di Bavedda area. Additionally, there are drinking water stations along the way to keep you hydrated during your adventure.
