This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Slatnik. The trail is 3.539 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 278 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It typically takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete this out-and-back route.

As you start your journey, you will come across Bohinjsko sedlo, a picturesque saddle located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along the path, you will pass by Litostrojska koča, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Soriška Planina, a parking area where you can leave your vehicle if you drove to the trailhead. Nearby, there is also a restaurant offering a place to grab a bite to eat.

Continuing on, you will encounter an information point providing insights about the area. As you near the end of the trail, you will reach Slatnik, a peak offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
