This hiking route starts at Heimenhausenstrasse and offers a 3.148-kilometer circular trail with an elevation gain of 36 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the Berkenbrücke information point, where you can learn more about the area. Further along the trail, at 1.49 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a water source and a parking area named Berkenbrücke Süd.

At the midway point of the hike, you will find another water source before reaching a bench for a rest break. As you continue on, you will pass by more information points and benches, offering you a chance to soak in the surroundings and relax.

Before completing the loop, you will also come across Oberberken, another information point that provides interesting insights into the area. Remember to bring an ample supply of water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast before venturing out on this scenic trail.
