This hiking trail takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and interesting points of interest along the way. The route is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.197 kilometers and an elevation gain of 102 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
Starting at the parking area at the trailhead, you will first come across the Kiosko Alfaguara, a restaurant located just 0.01 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to grab a snack or meal before or after your hike. Further along the trail, at around 0.23 kilometers from the start, you will find a campsite where you can rest and enjoy the surroundings.
As you continue on, you will reach the Cerro de la Cueva del Agua, a peak located approximately 1.04 kilometers from the start. While it is not directly on the trail, this peak offers breathtaking views of the area and is worth a visit if you are up for a short detour.
Around 1.1 kilometers from the start, you will come across the Mirador de la Cueva del Agua, a viewpoint that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, there is also the Cueva del Agua, a cave entrance that you can explore if you're feeling adventurous.
Throughout the hike, you will also encounter several information points and benches where you can take a break and learn more about the area.
