This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of 玉秀峰 (Yuxiufeng). The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.319 kilometers and an elevation gain of 246 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will pass by various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find parking areas such as 富亨邨時租停車場 (Fu Heng Estate Hourly Car Park) and 富亨邨月租停車場 (Fu Heng Estate Monthly Car Park), where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike.
Further along, you will come across 食物環境衞生署運輸組大埔車房 (FEHD Transport Section Tai Po Depot), a shelter for hikers to rest or seek refuge if needed. As you continue on the trail, you will reach a saddle point, marked by the presence of 玉秀峰 (Yuxiufeng), a peak that offers stunning views of the surrounding area.
Along the trail, you will also find amenities such as 百份百餐廳 (Cafe 100%), where you can grab a quick bite to eat. Additionally, there is a water source nearby to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated during your hike.
