This hiking route will take you through a beautiful area with stunning views and interesting points of interest along the way. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 3.556 kilometers and an elevation gain of 205 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the parking lot of Aparcament de l'Alzina del Sal·lari, you will begin the hike by walking towards Turó de Tres Creus o de la Pola, which offers a panoramic viewpoint at about 0.97 kilometers into the hike. As you continue on, you will come across Balma dels Graons de Mura, a cave entrance located approximately 0.27 kilometers from the start of the trail.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Balma de la Pola and Balma del Quarto de Reixa, two cave entrances at around 1.73 kilometers into the hike. Further along the trail, you will pass by Coll de Tanca and els Castellots de Tanca, a peak and a saddle located at approximately 1.52 and 1.73 kilometers from the start, respectively.
