This extremely difficult hiking route takes you to Langschneid, offering a challenging adventure with a total distance of 8.188 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1264 meters.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by points of interest such as Fraggele restaurant and LZ 5125 information point, both located within the first 0.03 kilometers of the trail. As you continue, you will come across benches for resting at 0.34 and 0.79 kilometers into the hike.

Midway through the hike, at 2.71 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point near the Wetterkreuz peak. Further along, at 4.09 kilometers, you will reach the Langschneid peak, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

It is advisable to bring enough water and snacks for this challenging hike, as well as to check the weather forecast before heading out. The trail provides various facilities such as benches and information points for hikers to rest and learn more about the area.
