Welcome to the Troppberg hiking route! This trail offers a 3.2 km round trip with an elevation gain of 150 meters, making it an easy trek suitable for hikers of all levels. The route will take approximately 1 hour and 6 minutes to complete.
Starting at the parking area at the trailhead, you will begin your journey towards Troppberg. Along the way, you will pass by Riedanleiten Bauernladen, a local farm shop, where you can stop to pick up some fresh produce. Further along the trail, you will come across benches where you can take a rest and enjoy the surrounding nature.
As you continue on, be sure to visit the Roman burial mounds located a short distance from the trail. These archaeological sites provide a glimpse into the area's history and are worth exploring.
At the peak of Troppberg, which is about 1.6 km from the start, you will be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Take some time to soak in the scenery before heading back towards the trailhead.
