This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Monte Morefreddo in the beautiful area surrounding it. The trail covers a distance of 8.379 kilometers and includes an elevation gain of 1064 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek that will take approximately 4 hours and 35 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you'll come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find a convenient parking area to leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. About 4.19 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach the majestic peak of Monte Morefreddo, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings.

Along the way, you'll also encounter a drinking water stop located 0.18 kilometers from the start, and another one 2.29 kilometers into the hike to stay hydrated. Information points will be found sporadically throughout the trail, providing valuable insights into the local area and its attractions. Additionally, a serene spring named Fontana della pernice will be at a distance of 2.66 kilometers from the start, offering a refreshing spot to rest and refill your water bottle.

As you near the end of the hike, you'll find more information points and benches where you can take a break and admire the scenery.
