This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Via Rontana, offering a moderate challenge with a distance of 6.58 kilometers and an elevation gain of 249 meters. The trail will lead you to various points of interest along the way.

As you start your hike, you'll come across the Piazzetta del Monte parking area, followed by the historic Rocca di Brisighella castle at around 0.28 kilometers from the trail start. Further along the trail, you'll find the Fontana Vecchia and a drinking water point, perfect for refilling your water bottle.

Around 2.1 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter a water point and later on reach a series of cave entrances, including Abisso Acquaviva, Abisso Casella, Grotta Lina Benini, and more. These natural wonders add a sense of adventure to your journey.

For sustenance, there are several restaurants and cafes along the trail, such as Framboise cucinino, Ristorante L'Infinito, and Bar Gelateria Aurora. Additionally, there are picnic sites and benches where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

The trail offers various viewpoints and informational spots where you can learn about the flora, fauna, and history of the area.
