This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and diverse landscapes. The trail is 3.83 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 207 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for most skill levels.
Starting at the parking area near Mont Gros, you will make your way towards Col de La Coupière, a saddle point offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. As you continue on the trail, you will come across informative signs providing insights into the local flora, fauna, and geology. About midway through the hike, you will reach a water source where you can refill your water bottles and take a short break before continuing on.
For those interested in free-flying activities, there are designated takeoff sites along the trail where you can watch experienced flyers soar through the sky. The trail will eventually lead you to Décollage de Roquebrune Cap-Martin Mont-Gros, another popular takeoff spot offering breathtaking views of the area.
