This super easy hiking route will take you to Rifugio Carlo Porta, starting at a parking area. The trail is 0.92 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 70 meters, making it a short and gentle hike suitable for all skill levels.

At the beginning of the trail, you will pass by Rifugio Soldanella, a cozy restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat before starting your hike. As you continue on the trail, you will come across informational points such as "Un secolo di arrampicate in Grignetta" providing insights into local climbing history.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Monumento all'Alpino, a historic memorial honoring the alpine soldiers. Along the path, you will also find benches and wayside shrines for resting and reflection.

The endpoint of the route is Rifugio Carlo Porta, an alpine hut open all year round for hikers. Here, you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area and relax before heading back the same way you came.
