This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and interesting points of interest. The total distance of the route is 5.418 kilometers with an elevation gain of 329 meters, making it a moderately challenging hike.
Starting out, you will find a convenient parking area right at the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, about 0.08 kilometers into the hike, you will come across an information point where you can learn more about the area.
Around 1.11 kilometers into the hike, you will reach two more information points, though they are slightly off the trail. These points provide additional insight into the surroundings and can be a nice stop for a break.
As you venture further along the trail, at around 2.71 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Imeleku, offering panoramic views of the area. This makes for a perfect spot to take in the scenery and maybe even enjoy a snack.
At 1.6 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Menhir Aratzkosaroi / Aratzkosaroi zutarria archaeological site, providing a glimpse into the historic significance of the area. Additionally, Hagineta peak is located about 1.6 kilometers into the hike, offering another opportunity to admire the natural beauty of the surroundings.
This route follows an out-and-back path, so you will retrace your steps on the way back to the starting point.
