Welcome to the hiking route along the 新芝運河 (Shinshiba Canal) in Tokyo! This route is perfect for a leisurely stroll with a distance of 0.515 kilometers and an elevation gain of 0 meters, making it super easy for hikers of all levels.

Starting at the trailhead, you will come across the 新芝北運河 (Shinshiba North Canal) about midway through the hike. This spot offers a picturesque view and a perfect place to take a breather. As you continue, you will pass by the Excelsoir Cafe, a great spot to grab a quick snack or drink.

Further along the trail, you will reach Lotteria, a fast-food restaurant, ideal for a meal break before heading back. If you're in need of some shelter, you'll find one near the trail to rest and recharge.

Don't forget to check out 東京高等工藝學校創設の地 (Tokyo Institute of Technology's founding site) which is a historic memorial along the way.
