This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Monte Lanaro / Volnik. The trail is approximately 5.9 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 205 meters, making it of moderate difficulty. The estimated duration for this hike is around 1 hour and 53 minutes.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. Around 2.75 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the peak of Monte Lanaro / Volnik, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Along the way, you will also encounter informational points providing insights into the area's history and significance.

Approximately 2.4 kilometers in, you will find another peak, and at 2.72 kilometers, there is a shelter named Monte Lanaro where you can take a break and enjoy the scenery. Further on, at around 1.73 kilometers, there is another informational point to explore.

Although there are some points of interest slightly off the trail, like the peaks of Vižman and Kamičelo and the cave entrance of Grotta Ombretta, the main trail will lead you back to the starting point.
