This challenging out-and-back trail covers a distance of 9.413 kilometers with an elevation gain of 905 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is 4 hours and 26 minutes, so be sure to plan accordingly.
The trail starts at a parking area located at the beginning of the route. It is essential to bring enough water, snacks, and appropriate hiking gear for this adventure. Before embarking, check the weather forecast to ensure a safe and enjoyable hike.
As you begin your journey, you will come across the Napoleonov Most, a historical attraction just 0.14 kilometers from the starting point. Further along the trail, at a distance of 1.71 kilometers, you will encounter a water source where you can refill your bottles.
Around the midway point, at 2.87 kilometers, you will find the Ricovero Casera Monte Mia wilderness hut for a possible rest stop or overnight stay. Continuing on, at 3.36 kilometers, there is another water source along the trail.
As you approach the peak, Monte Mia, at 4.71 kilometers, you will be rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, the Mia/Mija viewpoint provides a picturesque spot at the same location.
On your return journey, you will pass by the Colle Clabociana peak at 7.5 kilometers and the Cave Entrance at 8.25 kilometers. Make sure to take your time and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
Please note that the Nad Pradolom peak, located at 0.82 kilometers from the starting point, is off the main trail and not accessible during this hike.
