Midway through the hike, approximately 1.96 kilometers from the start, you will reach Wilde Bode, a saddle offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Take a moment to rest and enjoy the scenery before continuing your ascent towards Gummfluh.

As you approach the peak, you will encounter Gummesel, another notable summit along the trail located 2.72 kilometers from the start. From here, the final stretch to Gummfluh awaits, offering stunning views from the top as your reward for the challenging climb.

Throughout the hike, you will find benches strategically placed along the trail for resting and taking in the natural beauty of the area. Remember to bring plenty of water, as well as snacks to keep your energy levels up during the long and demanding trek.
