This hiking route takes you through the stunning area around Gummfluh. The trail is 10.733 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 980 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take around 4 hours and 56 minutes to complete.
Starting from the Chalberhöni restaurant, you will make your way through the picturesque landscape, with the Wilde Bode saddle located 1.96 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Along the way, you will pass by a fountain at 2.03 kilometers, where you can refill your water bottle. As you continue your journey, you will reach the Gummfluh peak at 5.37 kilometers, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
For a rest stop, there are benches available at various points along the trail, including at 2.87 kilometers and 3.12 kilometers. Just make sure to bring enough water, as there are no water sources after the fountain.
