This hiking route to Puig de les Gralleres is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes. The trail is 11.071 kilometers long and features an elevation gain of 1208 meters, making it extremely difficult and suitable for experienced hikers.
Starting at the designated parking area, hikers will first come across the Àrea recreativa de Josa de Cadí, a lovely picnic site perfect for a quick break before starting the challenging ascent. Information points along the trail provide insight into the surrounding natural environment.
As you make your way up, you will reach the Coll de Jovell saddle, offering panoramic views of the area. Further ahead, Puig de les Gralleres peak awaits, standing tall at 5.54 kilometers from the trail's start.
Font Vella spring provides a refreshing stop for hikers to hydrate before continuing the journey. Forat de la Neu cave entrance is a fascinating point of interest nearby, adding a touch of adventure to the hike.
As you head back, take a rest at the saddle with views of the surrounding landscapes before reaching the starting point. With several drinking water points available along the trail, make sure to stay hydrated throughout the hike.
