Hiking : La Mare pédagogique

This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with a total distance of 2.919 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

You will start your journey at Parking Résidence Les Géraniums, located right at the trailhead. As you begin your hike, you will pass by several points of interest such as Quartier Les Géraniums and La Mare pédagogique, where you can learn about the local flora and fauna.

Along the trail, you will come across informative signposts providing details about the geological history of Plateau des Grandes Terres, as well as tips on observing the seasonal patterns of the area's wetlands.

At about midway through the hike, you will find L'Arbre Paysan, a spot where you can take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Further along, you can stop at benches strategically placed for resting and soaking in the natural beauty.

As you reach the end of the trail, you will encounter La Mare pédagogique once again, completing the circular route.
