Welcome to the hiking route to Solsteinhaus! This extremely difficult 14.4-kilometer circular trail offers stunning views and a challenging adventure for experienced hikers.

Starting at the parking area, hikers will make their way through diverse terrain, including steep ascents and descents, with a total elevation gain of 893 meters. Along the way, you will find several points of interest to explore:

- Midway through the hike, at approximately 6.65 kilometers from the start, you will reach Solsteinhaus, an alpine hut where you can take a break, enjoy a meal, and take in the surrounding scenery.
- Continuing on, you will come across Solsteinhaus Winterraum, a shelter for overnight stays, located nearby.
- Look out for viewpoints like Staumauer Ehnbachklamm, offering breathtaking vistas of the landscape.
- Stay hydrated during your hike by taking advantage of the drinking water sources located at various points along the trail.
- You'll also find benches and wayside shrines scattered throughout the route, providing resting spots and historical context.
