This challenging hiking route takes you through the stunning alpine scenery to the Rifugio Carestia. The trail stretches for approximately 6.4 kilometers and includes an elevation gain of 700 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure.

Starting at the parking area located at the beginning of the trail, you will make your way through the picturesque landscape. As you trek along the path, you will come across a drinking water station about 3.2 kilometers from the start point, providing a convenient opportunity to refill your water bottle.

Midway through the hike, you will reach the Rifugio Carestia, an alpine hut nestled in the surroundings, offering a place to rest and enjoy the breathtaking views. The hut is approximately 4.4 kilometers from the trail, marking the endpoint of this out-and-back route.
